Question: What payment types are accepted?

Answer: INTERAC, VISA, MASTERCARD, ROYAL PIZZA GIFT CARDS and CASH

Question: Why is a pickup/delivery time requested?
Answer:
All Pickup/Delivery times are calculated and Royal Pizza will do the best it can to honour them.
 The site calculates the closest possible pickup/delivery time for our clients and offers that time as the default pickup/delivery time. However, the site also allows you to put in a future order and specify the date and/or time for that order to be picked up or delivered.

Question: Why does my pickup/delivery time change when I complete my order?
Answer: All Pickup/Delivery times are calculated and Royal Pizza will do the best it can to honour them.
The ordering site calculates the most optimal pickup/delivery time. If the optimal pickup/delivery time changes during the time it takes to place your order, the site needs to recalculate the pickup/delivery time.

Question: Why is my postal code not accepted during the ordering process?
Answer: The postal code must be entered using capital letters.

Question: Why do I not see the tax on the receipt?
Answer:
Tax will be applied to your order during the final checkout process.
